At least 8 dead amid Kentucky flooding; Kansas City teens tackle NFL star's challenge
At least 25 people have died as rains unleashed what Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear described as some of the worst flooding in the state's history.

Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear said the tornado outbreak left at least 80 people dead and leveled entire communities.
"We hope there are still rescues to be made," Kathy Stewart O'Nan said. "We fear that it is now just recovery."
The measure passed the Republican-led House with overwhelming bipartisan support.
